On December 10th 2014 the Placer High School’s music department put on their annual Winter Concert. The incredibly talented students performed in various Ensembles and Choruses and played mostly Christmas compositions. They were led by Music Department Head and Conductor David Lawrenson. It was a good opportunity for Bob at Slowlane to present them with the beautiful Gretsch hollowbody donated by Dennis from his personal collection. It was a wonderful evening of Placer’s music students showcasing their extraordinary talent. The Jazz Ensemble will make good use of this stunning guitar and Slowlane is more than happy to support Placer’s music program.
